Nirav has been actively involved in valuations since 2000 across all major areas of property and plant & equipment. He has worked with leading Australian firms including Hymans Asset Management, Rushton Valuers, Slattery, RAHS-AON, Liquid Asset Management, Clarity Valuations and JLTA. His experience spans mining, power generation, food processing, healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, glass manufacturing, automotive assembly, construction and government – with engagements throughout Australia, South Pacific and India.
Nirav has stood as expert witness and provided evidence in court in many litigation and family law matters. Every Monita engagement is personally led – no juniors, no handoffs.

Hadi leads the property valuation team with a strong background in residential, commercial and development property across the Sydney region. Known for in-depth market research and consistently accurate valuations, he is dedicated to achieving the right value on every job through thorough preparation and direct client engagement.

Vani B
Trainee Valuer
Vani is an Associate Valuer with Monita Asset Management, working in property valuation since November 2024. She holds a Graduate Diploma of Property from Deakin University and has experience across residential and commercial valuation assignments, market research, comparable sales and rental analysis, and valuation report preparation. Before moving into property valuation, Vani gained over eight years of experience in project coordination, administration, telecommunications and customer service, including roles with Efiniti Telecommunications Services and Optus. This has built strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and client service skills. She is continuing to build her valuation experience and is currently working towards Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) certification.
